MACDONALDS of Creignish and Glendale
I am researching this line from Cape Breton who came over from Moidart Scotland circa 1801. I was wondering the name of the Ship which could have possibly come via Pictou.Other families intermarried that came over were the MacEacherns and MacInnes, MacIssacs. They started out in Creignish lots 51, 52 and 53, but my line from Donald and son Archibald settled in Glendale and my line continued there. I haver some names and dates for those interested.Any links?I visted the areas last week, and cemeteries. What a beautiful spot. I could see why they chose it!
