Hi, Lilee... I wonder if you can tell me where he got the "Elmer" from. I have been looking for an Elmer MacDonald, born in Toronto, Ontario, Canada in September, 1901. He was the son of James Alexander MacDonald and Catherine Jane Losee. My Elmer moved to the States after a family argument around the mid 1920s.
