Hello Maggi,
I would be interested indeed. Our records trace William Justin MacCarthy back to Dennis in 1730, but we do not know where he was born or who were his parents. There is an unproven belief that the family originated from Cork, but we have not been able to find the link. I'd be interested in your information to see if I can link into it. I have a lot of information on the descendants in Australia of William Justin's son Justin Edward Daniel, right up to date.
