I am looking for information on a Mary or Margaret McCallum born about 1821, married John McCaig about 1840-1845. Had at least 8 children--Dugald, Duncan, Johnny, Nellie, Sandy, Katie, Barbara and Mary.

Mary/Margaret and John would be my great, great, great grandparents.

I am unsure at this point if they lived in Canada or in the British Isles. My great grandfather Dugald McCaig was born in Ormstown, Quebec.
