i would love to learn more too.
all i know is that my Grandfather G. Macaluso was from Sicily and served in the WWII. the family now lives in France. St. Jean de la Mauriene in France was my dad's home town. he married and had 5 kids Conshiete, Santine, Robert, Alphonse and my dad Alfred Macaluso.
my grandfather passed away 2 yrs ago my grandmother never knew her passes away in the 90's and my dad passed away about 8yrs ago now. because my Grandfather was in the war my dad was born in Sicily but resided in France due to all the relocating.
i do hope that helps......
cheers,
sonia
