I have traced our geneology back to the early 1700 and tied back to the different clans of the Cherokee Nation of N.C.
My grandmother often told of relation who came by Oklahoma named Humphries and were on their way to Texas. I think they settled around Houston. Anyone know of any of this?
I will be glad to share what information I have.
