This may be of little use to you but I did a pretty complete search of early MABBS births indexed 1837-1860 some time ago and from my notes can tell you this much :
Ann Harriot MABBS : sorry but I have no trace (under Ann or Harriot/Harriet)in the MABBS birth periods 1837 - 1860. I suppose that I might have missed her. As to the other births here are persons of the names you mentioned :-
Henry MABBS 1843 (4th qtr) Chelmsford
William James MABBS Marylebone 1846 (4th)
Eliza Ruth MABBS Pancras 1850 (1st)
Mary Anne MABBS Rotherhithe 1855 (1st) ref: 1d 453
Mary Ann MABBS Pancras 1855 (4th) ref : 1d 86
Richard Harlow MABBS Bermondsey 1858 (3rd)

I presume second Mary Ann (no "e") more likely to be yours - and if you wished you could apply for her birth certificate on the reference I have given above
