Dear Rick,
You brought something home to me. It has been a couple years now but I can remember emailing the library at University of Pacific (located here in Stockton, CA)asking for a copy of a page from one of their books that my cousin had found on line at their library. The librarian emailed me back saying they didn't have the actual physical book at their library but they would go on line to get that page for me. Duh....now I understand...University of Pacific library probably had/has access to JSTOR (short for Journal Storage...I looked it up at Wikipedia.)
