Henry ROWLEY married Sarah PALMER, then Anne ELSDON Blossom (widow of Thomas BLOSSOM)
How does these scenarios strike you guys?
Based on the information from the recent "The Pilgrim Migration, Immigrants to Plymouth Colony, 1620-1633", by Robert Charles Anderson, Boston 2004, it seems to me that:
1.Henry ROWLEY married Sarah PALMER, who died just months before he married Anne ELSDON Blossom, who was the very recent widow of Thomas BLOSSOM……all this happened in the Summer/Fall of 1633.
2.Sarah PALMER's mother was NOT a Blossom unless someone has information from a source other than the Plymouth Colony records.
Questions:
1.Why do some people think that Francis, the wife of William Palmer, Sr., was a Blossom?......other than the quick marriage confusion.
2.Does anyone know why the third wife of William Palmer did not married for eight (8) years after his death………why is she discussed in the will as possibly immediately married and under the guidance of Edward Winslow?Edward Winslow was still have children with his first wife at this time and afterwards.
3.Is the Rebecca mentioned in William Palmer's will actually Sarah ROWLEY, daughter of his daughter Sarah PALMER?
