You need to start using this site
https://www.familysearch.org/#form=advanced-records
This is very useful in finding these birth, marriage and deaths records, as well as many census records.
Make sure you get to the Historical Records search page, URL above.You can through generations.By adding or substracting filters such as spouse, or parents.You can also search by date ranges.For example:if someone married in 1840, you can search by name of husband, add spouse at bottom and search 1850 +/- 10years and you will find many births related to the couple.Don't use too many check marks or you severely limit the results.
But if you get way TOO many results, make a check next to the first name.
Have fun, don't get overwhelmed.
