Hi Carol, Went back and looked at my message!! You are right this is the family, but the wife Margaret dies and the father Daniel O'Connell marries Hannah Kelleher. They had two children Johanna/Josephine and James Edmund. I found Josephine died in 1910 but james has been harder to follow. He is in Waltham in 1900 and 1910 to 1940 in Foxborough. I just can't find a death date for him.

Daniel O'Connell, sr. married Margaret Bowler/Bolan (not sure which) in Ireland and they came to Mass. bef. 1870 Census. Margaet died 13 May 1874 and Daniel marries Hannah(Kelleher) McGowan 28 Mar 1875. She is the widow of John McGowan 1834 Ire and d. 19 Jun 1874.

Back to james Edmund, on his WWI reg. it listed he had a brother Daniel in Newburyport, that is the son of daniel,Sr and margaret Bowler. Him I can't prove at all is alive. Hope this helps. Barbara
