Springfield Union (Monday, May 8, 1961)

ALFRED PERREAULT
ADAMS - Alfred Perreault, 75, of 31 Templee St., retired General Electric Co. employee, died in St. Luke's Hospital, Pittsfield, late Saturday night. A native of Canada, Mr. Perreault came to Adams at the age of five and had resided here since that time. He was employed for many years at Berkshire Fine Spinning Associates prior to serving 20 years with the Pittsfield General Electric Co. He was a member of the Catholic Order of Foresters. Mr. Perreault and his wife, the former Louise Bechard, ceelebrated their golden wedding anniversary in January, 1960. In addition to his wife, he leaves four sons, Leon of Cheshire, Wilfred of North Adams, Francis of Adams and Raymond of Rosemont, Pa.; a daughter, Mrs. Bernard Powers of Adams; a brother, Oscar Perreault of Adams, and a sister, Mrs. Lillian Sauve of Adams. The funeral will be in Notre Dame Church Wednesday at 9:30. Burial will be in Bellevue Cemetery. Calling hours at the Trottier funeral home are today and Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9.
