To get the exact date of Eliza's death, you could always write to the town clerk of Dartmouth. There may be a small charge. If they don't have it, you should locate her on the 1920 census to see what town she may have died in. The alternative is to go to the Massachusetts Registry of Vital Statistics in Dorchester. They have B,M,D for all of Massachusetts for 1916 and up.
No clue on the marriage - I have the same problem with my gggrandfather and his second wife.
