plse don't waste money writing to every posssible state in usa!
Chelsea in town is a small town in the county jof Kennebec. whereeas Lewiston is a large city in the Androscoggin county. the vets home was definitely in chelsea.the question is
was your Lincoln st 159/163 in chelsea or lewiston? you found them there in 1940 which gives a window of 1940-60.
I do not know why the Jcam cannot just give you the answer over the phone without charging anything.
It is too bad someone in Boston cannot just go over and look at stone for you.
