Yes this is the Mr. Hill I am looking for, as to where he is buried, I have much information on his naval career (1877-1921), and am trying to find where he is actually buried there in stoneham Mass. I do not know his mothers maiden name, He ran away from home at age 14, and it seems he didn't look back, or keep in touch with his family at all, even though he wa a man who kept journals and many newspaper clippings, there is no mention of his parents names on any letter, paper, record or even obituary. A clue maybe that he is buried at his second wifes families location, name of Sweetzer, but this was not her maiden name, she was married before also. The 1910 record, shows his first wife , francis, he re-married in 1916, to a friend of his wife. He was a medal of Honor recipiant, from 188o's, rescued a young sailor from drowning. He was one of the first Warrant officers to be promoted to an officer rank (lluitenent) He was warden of the Naval Prison in Portsmouth NH for many years, travel around US giving lectures on prison reform and organization. He took his own life from what is believed because of ill health, and did not want to be a burden to his wife, He did this while visiting gravestones at the prison one day. Like I have said, he was well known, has a well documented naval career, but cannot seem to find where in Stoneham they buried him.

thank you for you help so much.
