married & first child born in mass....harwood family

My gr gr g'father was a restaurant proprietor at 9 Depot Square in 1900 and 1901 in kennebec maine...trying to find some directory or other information on him.

Edwin G Harwood b 1853 england
m 1891- unsure where?? maybe massachusetts because first child born there?
wife: Alice b 1875
kids: Marian A Harwood b 1896 maine, Annette C. Harwood b1892 Massachusetts.

I believe both Alice & Edwin died prior to 1910 census but cannot find this information. Kids went to live in Massachusetts.

Can anyone help?
