Don't know if this is Albert's father.

There is a Charles Carpenter age 82 died in Everett Dec 2 1902, residence 23 Marie Ave Everett, buried Old Dorchester cemetery, cancer of the liver, an upholster born in Montreal, parents unknown
NEHGS records only go to 1910.
