Volume 2, page 267:
Moses RICE, son of Moses, born 1764, the 6th generation from Edmond Rice, who settled in Sudbury in 1639; of Deerfield 1787; settled in Wisdom. He married July 10, 1788, Esther, daughter of Elisha DeWolf. She married (second) (Publ Sept. 15, 1821) to Abner Goodnough; she died April 1, 1855.

1. Rufus, b. Feb. 18, 1789; md. Esther Hawks
2. Moses, b. Jan. 17, 1791; md. Eunice Mendall
3. Lydia, b. Oct. 14, 1793; md. 1. Joseph Nutting and md. (2) William McClintock.
4. Harriet, b. Nov. 17, 1796; died Aug. 11, 1799.
5. Sally, b. Feb. 13, 1800; md. Alvin Goodnough
6. Cynthia, b. July 30, 1802; died Aug. 8, 1803.

I checked the genealogy section of the Deerfield book for the Russell family and found a number of Russell's but none by the name of Franklin or Frank.
I'm not related to this family. I just thought I'd see what I could find for you.
