Sarah Goodfellow was listed as the informant on the death record for George Heaton. I found birth records for two children born to she and her husband, Charles Goodfellow:
George A Goodfellow b 4 Dec 1898 and Earle Goodfellow b 15 April 1908, both in New Bedford MA.
