I hate people who registered births before a kid was even named! This is Ella F. Doane's birth record
---------------------------------
I checked the Eastham, Mass. vital records and didn't see a birth listed there for Benjamin Walker.

You can get copies of birth, marriage or death certificates from the Mass. Archives for $3.00 each from:

Massachusetts Archives
220 Morrissey Boulevard
Boston, Mass. 02125

Include your name, address and phone # and a separate check for $3.00 for each certificate you want, and quote the Volume and page # if you know it.
(It probably wouldn't hurt to include your e-mail address.)
