My husband's relatives include a Philip Lyster (1764-1822)who emigrated from Ireland to Quebec. He married Ann Mathews and had at least two children: Philip and Christopher(b 1793). Christopher is the direct relative in my husband's line. My information says that his brother Philip married Mary Hamilton, but I have no other information on that line. I would love to hear from you on any information that you could provide. My details are quite thin.
