I searched the Irish Family History Foundation's database. It contains 12,000,000 surviving rcds for abt 65% of Irish counties. Rcds are increasingly sparce B4 1840, rare B4 1800. Without a known county, the chance that your ancestors are in this database is AT LEAST 35%.
For Par(rick) Lynch B 1819 (exact), I found 15 B rcds: Cork, 2-Cavan, Kildare, 2-Down, Louth, Dublin, Westmeath & Galway.
For Mary Cornell B 1819-1820, I found 0 B rcds. Recheck the DOB. Are you sure the name is Cornell and not Connell? The Cornell surname is rare in Ireland; there are only 91 B and 130 M rcds for this name (+variants) for all time.
Google the Foundation's name to lead you to this database. Register, opt to be notified as rcds are added and browse. Pls post your search results to my genforum msg.
Hope this helps. Good luck.
