I searched the Irish Family History Foundation's database. It contains 12,000,000 surviving rcds for abt 65% of Irish counties. Rcds are increasingly sparce B4 1840, rare B4 1800. Without a known county, the chance that your ancestors are in this database is AT LEAST 35%.
For Jeremiah Lynch B 1825 +/- 4 yrs, I found 14 B rcds, all in Co. Cork (north&east). Suggest you search census rcds to get an exact date. Also search naturalization papers for his parents' names, etc.
For John Lynch B 1825 +/- 4 yrs, I found 162 B rcds, mostly in Co. Cork. Ditto.
For the surname Delmage (exact) B/M ????, I found 0 B and 0 M rcds. Suggest you search church and civil rcds to find the correct maiden name.
For a possible marriage in Ireland in 1851 +/- 2 yrs for Jeremiah, I found 5 M rcds: 2-1849 Cork, 1850 Dublin, 1852 Cork, and 1853 Cork.
