Looking for any information on the family of Jay Lynch (Josiah W Lynch Jr) b 31 July 1890 - d 28 May 1919. He married Leola C Mercer in Montpelier OHIO in Mar 1917 under the name of Geo W Owens and had one daughter, Ruth E Lynch b Dec 1918 in MO. He had an extensive criminal history.
His parents were Josiah W Lynch b 1857 W VA and Maud Lukens b 1863 PA and two sisters: Stella Lynch b 1885 in MO (never married) d 1963 Los Angeles CA. Pauline V Lynch Walters b Oct 1887 MO - d 1962 Jackson Co MO. Married to William E Walters b 1880 - d 1951 in KC MO. The had one son Byron Walters b Sept 1913.
Biggest question is what happened to Ruth. She appears in the 1920 census with her Mother and Grandparents in KC MO.
In 1930 Census she is with Walters family in KC and listed as Ruth E Walters. HELP
