MAN KILLED at MONO -- On the evening of the 23d July, 2 men named B. LYNCH and Louis SAMMAN, got into a fierce quarrel in Aurora, when LYNCH was shot twice and killed. SAMMAN was unhurt. Deceased is from New York, 35 years of age, and has a brother in some way connected with the Plumas 'Standard' newspaper.
