Born in a Wagon Yard
Born to Mr. and Mrs. J. B. LINCH / LYNCH last night in the Texas Wagon Yard, a boy, DR. LESLIE attending. The parents are from Van Zandt County Texas and were traveling through the country, prospecting, when overtaken by last nightís event, somewhat to their surprise. The mother and baby are doing nicely and are receiving kind treatment through the ministry of the good ladies of the neighborhood. It is exceedingly fortunate that they fell into the good hands in a strange land so far from home and friends and Mr. Linch desires to express his feelings of gratitude to those who so generously lent assistance. Mr. BEST, the proprietor of the Texas Yard, says he has had marriages and separations to happen in his place, but this is the first birth to occur there under similar circumstances
