I recently found a book entitled, Americans
of Royal Descent written by Charles H.Browning,in it is the Royal decent of the
Lyman family from Henry 1 King of France, through Elizabeth Lambert, the book lists the sources for this information as, Douglas`s Peerage of Scotland, and Burk`s
Dictionary of the Peerage, also listed in the
National Society of Colonial Dames of America
are, Miss Bessie H.Lyman and Miss Emily R.Lyman they are also listed as Royal Decendants through Richard Lyman, this leads me to believe that someone proved this Royal
Geneology at some time in history.
