Are you referring to the Coleman book? My mother is a Lyman and we have one of those books. Would love to get another copy as my parents had 4 children. My mother is in DAR under Elias Lyman and my daughter and I have just submitted our papers using the Coleman book as reference. My mother's father was Louis Atwater Lyman (Warren,Ohio)(not in the book) and his father was from Norhthampton, Mass. and moved to Ohio. (He was a dentist-can't remember his name right now). Louis and his parents moved to Jacksonville,FL where my mother was born, and then to Melbourne,FL. I tried to get the birth certificate for Louis but was unable to. Found his age and the link to his father (who was living with him in Melbourne) in the 1920 census. It was enjoyable and I have become very interested in genealogy. If you could give me an address of where to get a copy of the Coleman book (I know there is one in the library at Northhampton, Mass.) I would appreciate it. Sandra F. Genetin
