Do you know who Richard's father was. There was a James Liles who moved to Morgan Co. Ga.(I believe that was the county but I don't have the deed in front of me) in the 1820's from Chester Co. SC. He was the son of John and Agnes Cockrell Liles. As I recall, his wife's name was Betsy.
