If it helps with dates, I have a record of David Lyle and Matilda McDowell buried in Raloo graveyard. David died 21 July 1900. Matilda died 09 September 1888. Gravestone errected by son Robert James Lyle he died the 28 Jan 1917 his brother John Armstrong Lyle 15/Nov/1898 and his daughter Eunice Elizabeth Lyle died 22 Aug 1902. This is from the book Gravestone Inscriptions Co. Antrim Vol 2.
The families from this area used surnames as middle names and sometimes even as first names. Note the name Armstrong as middle name of John above and refer Elizabeth Armstrong Oscar's book great grandmother of John Armstrong Lyle.
