Readings of Luxembourg 1800's
Posted by: John Reading (ID *****3186) Date: November 24, 2013 at 07:20:02
  of 7314

Looking for ANY information on my ancestors who immigrated to Western New York back around the mid 1840's.

The Readings were a large family:
Nicholas b.1795 and wife Mary Anna b.1805
-Jacob b.1830
-John b.1830 (My Ancestor)
-Anton b.1833
-Margarethe b.1836
-Catherine b.1841

All born in Luxembourg. The family came over on the Elard from Antwerp, Belgium to NY on June 23, 1843 and settled in New Oregon, NY (currently North Collins, NY).
