It's one thirty in the morning, but I started browsing the file you suggested and I found it! It was on image 976 of the only file currently there when you click Colpach Bas.
The date is October 26, 1806. Their father was Mathias
Schrouppen, son of Guaellme(?) Schrouppen. His mother is not mentioned
which is unusual. She must have died when he was young. His father died in
1793. His mother, Joanna Glesener, born 1789, was the daughter of Joan
Glesener, died May 5, 1790, and Barb Kipgen. Just like the birth file that Claud sent me. Mathias is from a place that
looks to me like Wilwerville, but I have never heard of that so I will have
to do some geographical investigating.

I don't know if it was the actual marriage or a publication of intent. A couple images later, there is another blurb about the marriage.
