Thanks for the clue about Niederdonven. I also wondered if the town might be Remich.

I have only begun to look at this family. It's part of my study on Luxembourg immigrants to central Minnesota (mainly Stearns County), but with Benton county across the Mississippi River srom Stearns County, I've found several Luxembourgers settled there too.
