Have you looked at the records of Luxembourg that were microfilmed by the Mormon Church? If you are unfamiliar with them, please see Therese Becker's website for more information.

The University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota has an online index to the 1853-1863 Decennale and there are Strotz listed. Please read the introduction.

If you live near St. Paul, you can research at the university library in the Special Collections Department for the Bach-Dunn collection.
