Cathy, I suspect that "Bivar" refers to "Biwer" Luxembourg. I could find no Bivar in either Luxembourg or Germany. Go to mapquest.com and click on outside U.S. & Canada on the left below search. Enter Luxembourg as the country and Biwer as the city. You'll find it a little North and east of Luxembolurg city.
