Looking for information on my Belgian ancestors from the Luxembourg region

I am looking for ANY information on the ancestry of my Belgian great-great-great-great grandparents, aspecially regarding my grandmother's parents. They are 3-generation Arlon, Luxembourg, Belgians.
Catherine Habes, born 1810 in Arlon, died 1882 in Ohio.
and her husband...
John B Bernard, born 1808 in Arlon, died 1880 in Ohio.
They had two daughters, Apalonia and Mary Bernard. They married the Biechele brothers, from Germany.

I do know John B Bernard's parents. They are also Arlon born: Matthias Bernard (1780-1852) and Regina Lafrick (1784-1855). I do not know Regina Lafrick's parents. Any help would be great. Matthias Bernard's parents are Ashun Conrad Bernard (1752-1822), and Jespert Gzarch (1756-1828).

Beyond these ancestors, I know nothing. Jespert Gzarch is a strange name to me, and does anybody know if that sounds Dutch, or something else? I dosen't exactly sound French Belgian to me.

Any help would truly be appreciated!!!
