Help in locating BILTZINGEN or BILZINGEN

I need help determining a location after finding a marriage index card on a microfilm at the end of my stay in Salt Lake City researching at the Family History Libary. The marriage was 1 Jan. 1753 in Wormeldangen and lists LEY, Antonius from Biltzingen and LINDEN, Margaretha from Wormeldangen. The only place that I can find that is close is Bilzingen in Germany. I did find the second spelling on a map not far from Wormeldange. I have also read that the boundaries changed from time to time in history. Was it a part of Luxembourg at one time? Any information on this topic would be greatly appreciated. Cheryl
