This census is called the 1766 Cadastra, commissioned by Marie Theresa, and covers Luxembourg Province of Belgium and the Duchy of Luxembourg. Film exists in Arlon and in Luxembourg City; there is an index ;possibly in Arlon but as far as I know the index is not on film at this time. I am also interested in this census to help me define earlier generations of the Lieffrig family.
