Thank you for your tips. I will check out the record you indicated. Regarding patience and fresh eyes I agree completely. What I am looking for is not a single birth record but a series of them. When looking for the birth record of my Great grandfather, I am also looking to determine if he had brothers and sisters. There is some indication that he might have had two brothers and I am trying to find them also.
