I am searching for the surname of Dolibois. I have a letter which states that this family has been in the area of Alsace-Lorraine for many generations. I am trying to track down my GGrandafather, John Joseph Dolibois who immagrated to the US with one of his sisters in 1870s. Is anybody familiar with this surname, or a town Welshbillig in Luxembourg? I am aware of a town in Germany nearby, but I have been told that there is no record of Dolibois in that town.
