I am very interested in any genealogy information regarding the lux family. I have recently started this search and would appreciate any help.
So Far I have found that
Mathias Lux Sr and wife Mary Catherine Eich moved from Prussia to Delaware Iowa about 1850. At the time they had Eve C., Peter, Joseph, Mary Elizabeth, and Mathias Jr. living with them. Later came John H., Catherine, George and lastly Philp. the last four were born in Delhi, Delaware, Iowa.
Mathias Jr was me great grandfather, and I can trace the family from him to my grandchild. It all the other Luxs that were born in Iowa, or came to Iowa, that I need help with.
