Hi Shay! My name is Carolyn Lux and I am originally from Hartley, Iowa. I can only assume that my relatives are some how related to yours from Cherokee, IA since those towns are only about an hour apart. I was born in Hartley, IA in 1978. My father is Randy Lux who was also born in Hartley. His parents are Marvin and Gloria Lux and they have resided in Hartley, IA their entire lives. I'm not sure of my grandfather's parents names, but I will try to find out the next time I speak to him to see if there is a link somewhere down the road. Hope you find this information helpful!
