Roy, the information I have mostly hearsay, The Bible is in the possession of my cousin in Omaha, Ne. The information to the best of my knowledge is: Lorentz Lutz, wife Dorthea Rodolph ?? and children Lorentz Jr. and Catherine Dorothy came to America from Strawsberg. Germany ( that is the way the town is written in the Bible) About 1834 ? and settled in Cass Co. Ill. where the older Lutz purchased some land. (NWSWP 10, township 12N Range 11W Meridian 3). in 1845. The son came to Missouri and lived at or near Rockport, Mo. He is my ggrandfather
