Regina, I'm wondering if the Romano's last name was mis-spelled. Lutz tendes to be German, as this is one of my husband's lines. Have you checked for a death certificate?
Try Lutsia or Lusia. I've been trying to find this spelling. If I find something, I'll be happy to let you know. So sorry it's been such a difficult search.
