Hello, I am researching Alex & Mary E. Luttrell who are in the 1900 census living in St. Joseph, Ward 7, Washington Township, Buchanan Co., Missouri. I am trying to find the place of death for this Luttrell family and death dates. The children that I know of were William Glenn Luttrell, Edith G. Luttrell and Pearl M. Luttrell who married Alvah Goodman. In the 1900 census Pearl and Alvah have a son who is 3 years old who was born in ARK., his name was transcribed as Rupert E., but I think his real name was Bufert K. In 1910 the Goodmans are in Buchanan Co., Mo., with children Buford F. Goodman, Harry D. Goodman and Richard L. Goodman. In the 1920 census B. K. Goodman and his wife Lucinda Goodman and daughter Pearl Goodman(age 2) are living in Union, Doniphan Co., Kansas. In 1920 B. K.'s parents are living in Wayne, Buchanan Co., Missouri.
Their children are listed as Harry Goodman and Richard Goodman. In the 1930 census B. K. Goodman and wife Lucinda and daughter Perl(Pearl)age 14 are living in San Benito, Cameron County, Texas. In 1930 B.K.'s parents A. Goodman and Pearl Goodman are living in Precinct 4, Cameron County, Texas.
Mrs Pearl M. Goodman age 68 died 7 FEB 1944 Medina Co., Texas. She was born 23 DEC 1876 in Texas. Her parents were Alex luttrell and Mary Sherron. The informant on the death certificate was B.K. Goodman. Pearl Goodman was buried in Victoria, Texas.
Alvah Goodman age 78, died 22 AUG 1946 in Cameron Co., Texas. He was born 22 OCT 1867 in Missouri. His father was William Goodman and mother was Mary Jane(maiden name not known)
Alvah Goodman is buried in Victoria Texas. The informant on the death certificate was H. D. Goodman.
Buford Goodman, b. 1 March 1897, d. April 1977 in Dade Co. Florida, was issued a Social Security # in Texas.
Any information on this family would be appreciated. I am trying to find the father of Alexander (Alex) Luttrell. I believe Alex's father was Thomas Jefferson Luttrell from Randolph Co., ARK., but I need proof. I think that Alex and Mary Luttrell left ARK. and went to Denton Co., Texas, before they went to Missouri.
