Lutton in Allegheny Co. PA

I am looking for information on the Luttons of Allegheny Co. PA. In the 1880 census, John Wilson was living in Findly Township with wife Catherine McElhany Wilson. In the household was a William Lutton who described himself as a cousin. He was born abt 1859 in PA. I think he was a son of Samuel Lutton who I found in the 1870 census with a son named William. Does anyone know how this William Lutton is related to the Wilson or Mcelhany family? Thanks for any help.
