I am looking for information on the parents of Daniel Luther (my G-G-G-Grandpa) of Westchester Co., NY.
B: 6 JUN 1811 - New York
D: 29 APR 1887 - Osceola, Iowa
His children were:
Caroline W. Luther 1841-1917
Emma L. Luther 1843-1852
Winfield Scott Luther 1847-1920 (My G-G-Grandpa)
George F. Luther 1849
Oscar M. Luther 1851-1888
Emma G. Luther 1854
Alice M. Luther 1856
This information is from Winfield's Family Bible and various obituaries. I believe he was a member of the Co. I 5th NYHA if that might help. I would greatly appreciate any help as this has had me stumped for quite a while.
