Hi Richard,

I sent a message to Maggie so please see the Genforum for that. My Joseph Albert Lusk, aka Capt. Jay was in Turney's 1st Infantry and I have his pension papers.

I am intersted in the other Joseph Lusk as the 2 have been confused before and I never knew any details of him or his parents. James G. Lusk was Capt. Jay's father and James' father was William Lusk who is my brick wall. Doesn't everyone have one of these or sometimes several? Do you have any dates for the father, John Lusk? I have a brother of my William named John born 1769. But I do not show my source for that which was all to common in my early days of genealogy. I'm sure I can dig it up if needed.

Sincerely,
Saundra
