Hi, I have been trying to find info on him as well. This is what I have. His parents were Samuel Burton Lusk (b. 12-23-1834) in Rutherford County, Tn, (d.1-8-1916) in Whitt, Parker County, Tx, and Sarah Sloan (b. about 1839) in Tn. William married his first cousin Lucinda Parlee Maness on March 4, 1879. Lucinda was born about 10-8-1857 and died in 1936.They are both buried in the Whitt Cemetary, Whitt, Tx.(About an hour from my house.) I have traveled there many times with my grandmother, who has stories of them.Lucinda Parlee's parents were George W. Maness born 6-6-1835,died 3-7-1864 and Mary Elizabeth Lusk (she had the same parents as Samuel Burton Lusk). She was born 11-27-1838. They were married 12-28-1856 in Rusk. As far as William Baskin Lusk's children I am not exactly sure. My grandma remembers only some of them, and that is where we are stuck. William's son Sidney Baskin Lusk wouuld be my Great grandfather. I have info on Sidney, his children, and etc. But I would love to find the info on all of William's children. All I have is Sidney, born 9-1-1886. Ivory Jasper, born 8-20-1896, I know there was a Luther,James Turner, and Robert Edward. So... I am going to try and make a trip to the Parker County Courthouse soon, to see if they have anything. Hopefully this info helps and is not too confusing! Thanks.
