I am also a descendant of William Lusk, Sr and Charity Runyon Lusk, through
their son Charles Lusk and Lucinda Mix Lusk. I don't have any proof, but
information I have received says that William Lusk, Jr was born in Tazewell
Co, VA. Also, in information I received from another Lusk/Runyon researcher,
she states that in the 1880 census, William Sr's children say he was born
in NC and Charles' children say he was born in SC.

There have never been any proof of William, Sr and Charles Lusk's father that
I know of. Some think his name was also William. In 1804 in Abbeville, SC,
there was estate administration for William Lusk, listing Mary Lusk as widow. He
died intestate, so there was no info. If this William is the father of
William and Charles, and with the census records, they may have been from
the Carolinas. If you find an answer about Pennsylvania or anything elso
proving or disproving any of the above, I would sure like for you to let me know.

Are you descended from William, Jr?
